WNS series oil and gas steam boiler adopts shell type full wet back type fire tube structure. The structure adopts three return journeys, in which the oil or gas is well atomized by the burner and fully mixed with the air, and is completely burned in the corrugated furnace bile, and then turns from the rear smoke chamber into the return smoke pipe, turns to the front smoke box into the return smoke pipe, enters the back smoke box, and is discharged by the chimney.The size of the furnace liner we choose is large, which provides conditions for the full combustion of fuel, so this packaged steam boiler can burn heavy oil, light oil, natural gas and city gas. In addition, our company adopts threaded smoke pipe in the design, and the relative flow rate can control low smoke resistance, low power consumption and large load regulation ratio under the guarantee of sufficient heat transfer.
1. The design, production, supervision and inspection of boilers are strictly in accordance with the Safety Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers, JB/T 10094-2002 General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers, and JB/T 1619-2002 Technical Conditions for Boiler Body Manufacturing, so as to ensure long-term safety and stability of boilers.

1. Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with national and industrial standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273 Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler tube.
